Data centers

Welcome to ultramodern and professional data centers of Netversor! Located in West Germany and Netherlands, they are equipped with the latest fire protection systems of access control, certified according to the strictest standards of the European countries – they are safe haven for your business project facilities. Over 99.99% backbone availability.

Karlsruhe (Germany)

Netversor’s servers and network infrastructure are based in TelemaxX IPC-3 and TelemaxX IPC-4 data centers in Karlsruhe in Southwest Germany. Data centers were put into operation in 2009 and 2011, respectively, and are oriented to the large corporate clients with high requirements for reliability and safety.

TelemaxX data centers have the certification of the highest European safety standard, data centers construction and management – ISO27001. TelemaxX IPC-3 data center corresponds to Tier III classification, TelemaxX IPC-4 – Tier III+. Data centers are oriented on the work exclusively with professional clientele.

Power supply

Power supply system in the data centers is connected via two independent lines directly to the city power supply network. In case of power supply disruption, data center operation is automatically maintained by the array of diesel generators capable to provide data centers with electricity for at least three days. Smooth transition from routine to emergency power supply is provided by industrial UPSs, which are also backed-up to increase fault-tolerance.

Communication and network equipment

All TelemaxX data centers are interconnected by their own ring of fiber optic lines, and communication with the outside world is provided by multiple redundant lines. Access to the Internet is provided via direct channels to the largest providers in Germany and the world. There is also a direct connection to DE-CIX in Frankfurt, which provides the shortest path for data transfer to Russia, Ukraine and other countries.

Access control

All data center systems are under around-the-clock surveillance by the multi-circuit security system and undergo constant serviceability testing. Access to the data centers is provided in strict compliance with the well-proven safety concept, including ID keys, access codes to certain rooms, alarm systems and directly lockable equipment racks. Every centimetre of inner and outer space in the data center is under around-the-clock video surveillance including records archiving.

Dronten (Netherlands)

Powerful platform for our servers and infrastructure is accommodated in a major European data center Serverius, which is located in the center of Netherlands, in Dronten, near Amsterdam. This location is ideal for projects with heavy traffic, and our experts are ready to offer optimal and cost-saving solutions for projects of any complexity.

Power supply

The main power supply system of this data center is provided from our own ring electric network, which is a direct part of Netherland ring electric network Flevo ring. The data center is also equipped with the powerful diesel generators and batteries that are able to ensure smooth operation of the entire infrastructure located in the data center for a few weeks.

Communication and network equipment

Each of the wide range transit providers is connected, at least, via the 10Gbps port, and in general is a part of 150Gbps+ network based on 320Gbps network of redundant channels with several data centers in Amsterdam and Frankfurt. Traffic routing is configured in such a way that the shortest data transfer path is always used.

A constant temperature about 24°C is always maintained in server rooms. Totally three server rooms are available in the data center, with a total capacity of 340 server racks. Individual cooling system is provided for each server rack.

Firefighting systems

Data center is divided into 4 fire compartments. We use the system of early fire detection that responds to the slightest sign of smoke, and the main gaseous fire suppression system.

Access control

Data center territory is surrounded by a high metal fence under voltage (10,000 Volts) connected to the Detection System of Perimeter Breakthrough. The interior space and surrounding areas are under around-the-clock video surveillance and security.
